Howdy, my name is Josh and I’m looking for a roommate to share a 2x2 apartment with. I’m pretty easy going, just looking for a place to call home as I work on building my career. I don’t have any pets, but am open to a roommate with them. I may have the occasional friend or two over, but nothing wild. My ideal roommate is someone who is courteous of each other’s space, belongings, and schedules. Other than that, I’m very flexible!
