FSU Computer Engineering Grad looking to move in July. Moving to Orlando from Miami and looking to split a 2BR apartment in/near Lake Eola preferable. I just like that it's walkable type shit.
I work Monday thru Thursday 10 hour days, hit the gym most evenings, and play soccer, I'm looking to join a rec league once I'm settled. I'm social but the apartment is for chilling, not throwing ragers. I'll have people over occasionally for dinner, poker, or to watch a game. Clean by default, dishes are done same day and I like throwing out the trash.
Looking for someone in a similar phase, young professional, looking to make friends, and treats the place with respect. Budget ceiling for me is $1300 each and I'm aiming to sign a lease mid June for an early July move in.
