Available Room for Rent

2 large rooms open in my Stuytown apartment!

I have two rooms opening in my 3 bed 1 bath Stuytown apartment (remodeled in Spring 2021) and am looking for 2 people to join onto a 1 year lease. You would be a co-tenant - this is not a sublease. Management requires signing 30 days before the current lease is up, so I’m looking for people to sign now for a November 6 move in.

The middle room is going for $1,880 and the master is going for $2,020. Both rooms are massive and are a great deal for the East Village area when most 1 bedroom costs are much higher. Electric is included in the rent and does not change. Wifi is $20 a month. All I ask is that you help keep the place clean, are nice/respectful to me, and are quiet during the workweek.

This would be my 3rd year here. It’s a beautiful apartment and we have taken very good care of it. Let me know if you’re interested.
