ABOUT US:
A married couple in their early 30’s ❤️
- Lacey works in the music industry & travels frequently. Currently holding down the fort here at home until we’re back at it
- Jack is a photographer who moved to LA from London last January & also travels frequently. He is currently in Australia, caring for his mum while she recovers from a horse riding accident w/ plans to return to LA in June
- We are easygoing & enjoy hanging out, listening to records & cooking— we are not about the chaos or the drama :)

- We’re aiming for a MAY 15 move-in date (but may have some flexibility with the week before)
- *** NO PETS, sorry! Landlady rules :(
- No couples

LEASE DETAILS:
- Month-to-month lease with a 3-month minimum
- Deposit ($1,000.00 total) can be split over 2 months - $500.00 upon move-in and $500.00 with second month’s rent
- First month’s rent prorated to $750.00 due upon move-in on May 15. After that, full month rent is $1,500.00 due on the first of each month & will need to be paid via Paypal or Venmo three days prior to the end of the month
- Utilities will include electricity, gas, internet & trash to be paid via Venmo as due on a monthly basis (water & gardener covered by landlady)

We have been very mindful of social distancing & following the SAFER-AT-HOME orders currently in place. Additionally, we are very on top of any incoming/outgoing items/groceries & have not had any other people in the house during this time.
