Jade C - $1,500/month

Why I am here: I am going to be attending The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Los Angles the Fall of 2020, and plan to go there for a few years. I need a place closer than where I currently live. I am attending for an MA in Forensic Psychology and after earning that degree, I plan to apply for the PsyD program in Clinical Forensic Psychology.

What I am looking for: Female roommate(s) that are preferably around my age and students as well. I am not a clean freak by any means, but I keep the communal space clean and expect the same thing of my roommates. Also, I always pay the rent on time. Not willing to pay anymore than $1,500 a month and no more than a 1-hour commute time from my school. A really important thing to note, is that my potential roommate(s)must be like/tolerate bunnies and not be allergic to them, as I have an ESA (emotional support animal) bunny, named Bear. He is nonnegotiable. However, he will live with me in my space and when let out will stay in my space, unless roommate(s) are alright with him being in a communal space.

Hobbies: In my free time I enjoy watching anime, playing video games, cosplaying, reading, and drawing. I am more of an inside person, but I am not opposed to going out hiking, sightseeing, etc. as long as I have a friend or two to go along with me.
What I can provide: I have a couch (reclining love seat), Flat screen TV, various gaming consoles (PS4, Wii-U, Xbox360, etc.), lots of kitchen ware (toaster over, rice cooker, pots, pans, silverware, etc.)
