Hi! I’m a working professional based in NYC, currently in the office 4 days a week. I’m pretty low-key at home — I value having my own space to unwind, but I’m always open to being friendly, chatting, or occasionally hanging out with roommates.

I take a lot of pride in keeping shared spaces clean and organized, especially the kitchen, living
room, and bathroom. I’m looking for someone who has that same mindset and treats the apartment with a shared sense of responsibility.

I’m respectful of noise and guests — I don’t mind people coming over now and then, but I’d prefer a home that isn’t treated like a constant party spot.

I have a couch and TV (currently in storage) that I’d love to bring into a shared living space.

I’m working with a budget of around $2,000 and ideally looking for a place within ~45 minutes of Midtown via subway.
