Heyy:) I'm Tia I’m a senior at university of Richmond (in Virginia). I am also from Richmond, VA. I’m working full time for a major bank in Jersey City so I’m open to that general area or surrounding areas like Hoboken, west side ave, etc.

I’m looking to spend at most $1700 on rent my end. Looking to room with Black/women of color or allies. My particular position with the bank requires me to be in the area for two years so ideally a year lease.

No pets! I don't smoke so I would prefer our communal spaces not to smell like-so.
