I'm pretty low key during the week, work out, watch tv, etc. I go out on the weekends and am usually out and about doing something. I like sports and going on quick weekend trips with friends. I keep myself pretty busy. I understand people have their own social group/friends but would like the occasional happy hour or going out, watching tv, etc with my roommate.

I’m looking for someone to sublet my apartment February 7 - June 30 (end of lease). Move in date can be flexible both ways. Room can be furnished or unfurnished.
Room available:
- 14ft x 10ft bedroom
- View of the east river, Pier 17, and Brooklyn Bridge (see photo)
- Huge closet!
- A/C and heat in room
Furniture:
- I’m moving to AZ, so I will not be taking my furniture with me. I bought everything in July 2020, all new.
- If you want to rent the room fully furnished, it will be $1650/month instead of $1600.
About the apartment:
Living area, open kitchen with bar seating, new appliances, dishwasher, and plenty of storage/closet space.
Amenities:
- Large Rooftop that overlooks Brooklyn Bridge, Pier 17, and Manhattan. Photo shows just one section of it.
- Laundry on site
- Dry cleaning delivery service available downstairs.
- Gym with machines and free weights
- Common area with pool table, work space area, and TV room.
- Doorman
- I have videos on the gym, common space, and rooftop too, can send these separately if interested.
Location:
- 2 minute walk to Pier 17
- 5 minute walk to Fulton street station
- 10-15 minutes walk to the Oculus
About my roommates:
My roommates are friendly and easygoing! One roommate works from home in her room and the other roommate works at the office (only at 10% capacity). I’ve been working from home, and it’s been really easy with the both of us. They keep it low key during the week: go to the gym, watch tv, make dinner, have an occasional happy hour. On the weekends, they usually aren’t in the apartment, go to brunch, hang out with friends, etc.
