$1250 / 2br - Large room in furnished apartment(all included + bonus)

Hi,

My roommate is moving out and so I'm looking for someone to replace her in the apartment. The rent is $1250 a month. It includes all utilities (Cable, wi-fi, heat, electricity, gas, water).
It also includes shared products like bathroom tissue, paper towels, home and dish cleaning detergent, etc. so you do not have to worry about buying those.
The apartment is a 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment. Your room is the bigger room with a built in closet. There is also an extra closet space near the bathroom. There is laundry in the basement which uses a card system(and personally I prefer that to jingling coins in my purse for laundry). The building is equipped with both an elevator and stairs.
With the exception of your room, the rest of the apartment is fully furnished. I have the normal small appliances like microwave, blenders, toasters, etc. which you are welcome to use, and cookware and dinnerware too.(Basically you only need to worry about a bed in your room and your personal effects.)
There is a super in the building to help at all times.
The apartment is 2 blocks from both the A express train and the 1 local train. It is a 25-30 minute ride to Time Square There are supermarkets, various eateries, park, churches, dry cleaners, salons and pubs within a 1 -2 block radius.
About me: I'm a young professional in the IT industry. I work the regular 9-5 but I also take a lot of dance classes. Hence I usually come back after 8pm on weekdays and around 6pm on weekends. I also love to cook, so as my roommate I would most likely rely on your taste buds once in a while.
My ideal roommate is a laid-back professional who pays rent on time (females preferred). To move in, you would need a first month's rent and security deposit $1000, therefore, a total of $2250 to move in.
You must also have proof of employment or something to show that you have a steady income coming in.
Room will be available on the 1st of April( we can work something out though if you need to move in a bit earlier).
