Room available starting May 1st in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn in a 2 bedroom apartment. Room can fit a full/queen bed, dresser and desk. Closet is not inside the room it will be located right outside of room. You have access to kitchen and living room. I can show you pictures if you are interested. Apartment is located on the D line 79th ST Stop a 6 minute walk from apartment. Area has a Laundromat a block away, grocery/bodega, if you have a car there is on street parking available. I plan on furnishing the common areas so no need to worry about that.
Move in requirements: $950 security deposit + $950 first month rent (plus utilities). Utilities included are heat and hot water. Monthly utilities are cooking gas, electric and wifi/cable (if interested in using) not included in rent. Sorry no pets allowed.
