About Me

Hello, I'm Luke. I'm a cellist and arts administrator. I'm looking for a sublease to begin in May 2019. I'm hoping for a place anywhere in Manhattan, Astoria, or Brooklyn with a commute to midtown around 30 mins or less.

Schedule: My work schedule will be a typical 9-5, plus some additional freelancing in the evenings. I don't like to sit around too often, so on free days or evenings I'll probably be out and about.

Cleanliness: I'm pretty clean, and would like to live with someone who is as well. Basically, I like an apartment to be clean enough to not be embarrassed to invite a friend over. Organized living room, clean bathroom, and no dishes in the kitchen sink is my goal.

Social Apartment: I'm definitely looking for the ideal balance between a quiet and social apartment. I'd like to have a friend or two over during the week, and maybe even a small gathering on some weekends. Definitely not a revolving door of guests or party central though!

Ideal roommate: Someone similar cleanliness and social boundaries for the apartment. I don't really care whether we are on similar or opposite schedules. You don't need to be an artist, but hopefully you have at least some appreciation for art! LGBT friendly is a must. No Republicans 🤷🏼‍♂️sorry bout it!

My maximum monthly budget 1,200
Move in Date May 2019
Age 22
Occupation Arts Administration / Musician
Pets Pet Friendly
Hometown Lancaster , New York
Education Purchase College
Relationship Status Single

We think Luke would be a great roommate! But in case you want to see more…
