Renting 1 room and shared apartment in a great 2 Br townhouse down a tree-lined street in Redondo Beach adjacent in SW Lawndale with the living space downstairs, including living room and kitchen plus a half bathroom, and 2 bedrooms with a full bathroom upstairs, we're going to share a big yard w one other unit, both are sort of secluded from the street because the garage is at the front of the lot, super cozy.
Unit is being completely remodeled so will have all new plumbing, new electrical, all new kitchen, all new bathroom, new floors, new windows, new washer/dryer, new staircase railing, all new painted walls and ceilings, The apartment will be brand spankin new, pics will be updated continuously as the renovation continues. The grassy, enclosed front yard is only shared with our neighbors (this is one of two units side by side that are identical, our neighbors next door are 3 really nice guys).
Off-street parking space.
Washer/dryer and tv have to be purchased as well as a few other things I don't yet have, we can either split these things or I can furnish the whole apartment for an extra $100/mo except for the mattress in the room that I'm advertising here so that's all you will need, you can take the smaller room for $1000 plus this fee or the big room at the front of the house w a view for $1200 plus this fee. Also thinking a cleaning person 2x/month might be good and we can split that. All negotiable those are just my initial thoughts.
The deposit is for the landlord.
It's an awesome location in the heart of the South Bay, convenient to shops, restaurants, the South Bay Galleria, El Camino College, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, super close access to the 405 (Hawthorne St exit) and other freeways and LAX. G
