Hello,
My name is Chaz. I am a 26 year (about to be 27) year old California native and I just landed a new job as a salesman at a movie prop house while I focus on pursuing acting. I graduated from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts last year and am originally from Orange County. So needless to say I am looking to be close to L.A. but most comfortable in a slightly suburban environment which is why Pasadena/Glendale/Eagle Rock is very much my speed. I am diligently cleanly and have no problem with cats or adhering to any desire and restrictions you may have in your household. I spend most of my day at work or at auditions so I will really only be home during the evening and am in no way a “partier”. At least not an incentive one. Not to mention, Im a overall a extremely nice&social guy and am in no way a drag to be around. I am also comfortable helping with any household projects or cleaning as I used to work for a carpentry company so I am quite hand.
