We are into creative works like Design, Music, 3D animation, and storytelling, etc.
The house has good energy, feels very solid (good foundation). Solid gate. 3 doors for extra security.
The house is fully furnished. Both rooms are semi-furnished (Both rooms AC included)

Need 1st Month + Deposit for Moving In.

Looking for 2 roommates who are laid-back, clean, communicative, and responsible.
(Earliest move-in date is mid-September)

Room #1 $1050 a month + utilities (Has Private Bathroom + pretty big closet)
Semi-Furnished - Ikea Steel Desk, Kingsize bedframe + Mattress + Standing lamp, Wardrobe.
*Can clean this out if you want to bring your own things

Room #2 $800 a month + utilities (Great sunlight + high ceiling)
Semi-Furnished - Mini Couch(Folds out into a bed), Corner L shape Ikea work table, Ikea office drawers, lamps, etc.
*Can clean everything out if you already have your own things

1 shared bathroom with a lot of sunlight + 1 private toilet room (Room #1)
Spacious living room
Clean kitchen with everything you need
2 shared storage area in the living room (A lot of space)
Shared CDJ set up (If you want to learn DJing or enjoy mixing music already)

420 friendly (no cigarettes tho)
Light drinking totally cool
Clean and well maintained
A ton of sunlight all the time.

Not looking for:
Drama
No Pets (One of the roommates has allergies)
No shoes in the house
No Couples
No Heavy Drug use
