Single private room for rent till July 2023

This room is tucked in the back of a cozy modern 4 bedroom two bathroom. Street parking is available, all utilities are included in the rent, and a four-minute walk from the SDSU campus. There are a washer and dryer in the residence. The house is only about 2 or 3 years old. There is a small backyard with a hammock. The room has a ceiling fan as well as a closet that has mirrors as sliding doors. The AC/heat is controlled within the house (the temperature can be changed at leisure). All utilities are included in the $1,200 a month, there are no additional housing fees. The lease ends in July of 2023, it's perfect for any student on an exchange or coming back from fall abroad.

The current tenants are 3 females who enjoy going out most weekends. One will be graduating this spring and the other two are 3rd years. All three tenants attend SDSU. Plants are a staple and everyone has some in the kitchen or their rooms.
