Hi! I’m looking to rent the extra room in our 3 bedroom home ($1,200/month- this includes utilities: internet, SDGE, water, trash and monthly home expenses like paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee etc). Zip code is 92115- in between college area and La Mesa. I’m a single mom of a 5 year old and have my kiddo half the time. I’m currently in school getting my Masters in Social Work and I do event serving and bartending as well. I’m clean, have a positive outlook on life and have a happy and drama free home. The room is on the smaller side but has a very large closet. Furnished with a full size bed, a nightstand, some closet organizers, a side table, and a flat screen TV with a firestick. We have one sweet cat, she mostly keeps to herself. A large porch and small backyard. 1 bathroom with a large shower. Our house is about 5 mins from SDSU. Perfect for a student. If you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to ask! Also, the pictures of the room show it with a twin sized bed but it now it is furnished with a full.
