1 Bedroom and Personal Bathroom in 2Br/2Ba Condo for Rent in the “City Scene” area in Mission Valley near the fashion valley mall.
I am a 30 year old working professional seeking a male post-grad student/working professional 30 or older as a roommate. I am generally out of the house during the day, don't really party, and am an early riser so I am looking for someone that generally has a similar schedule and lifestyle. I have a very chill cat (just sharing in case you have any allergies). There is a laundry and dryer in the unit and we pay a gas and electric bill monthly. The water bill is included in the landlord-paid HOA.
The complex has a conveniently located gym and a pool/jacuzzi that are big plusses for me. The neighborhood is quiet and in a central location - I really enjoy living here. The place has a heater and AC system, a balcony with a little view, and the room has a big sliding door closet with a full wall mirror.
