- 32 / F social media software executive that usually works from 10am - 6pm (work from home 1 day per week usually)
- I like spending time with friends and exploring everything this beautiful city has to offer - big fan of brunches, happy hours, movies, etc.
- I like to keep it low-key during the work week (come home, cook dinner, go for a run, etc.)
- I work a pretty high-demanding job, so some weekends I am active and others I just need to reset with rest
A little about what I am looking for in a roommate:
- Age 29 to 35, employed full-time
- Male or female (currently have a male roommate and it's going great!)
- Must be willing to sign a year-long lease (Feb 2017 - Feb 2018)
- Respectful and would contribute to the overall cleanliness of the apartment
- I'm not looking for a best friend out of a roommate, but would love to socialize with them if we are both around
- Doesn't have frequent overnight guests / doesn't bring the party home (no live-in significant others or guests who turn into 3rd roommates!)
- Non-smoker & drug-free
About the apartment:
- $1870 per month + utilities + internet (usually about $75 each) (Important note: This building requires tenants to make 40x the rent, so this is a must!)
- Full-service doorman building with a mailroom, security and all amenities (gym, laundry, etc.)
- The open bedroom is a spacious, unfurnished, 12 x 8.5 converted bedroom that can fit a queen sized bed, bookshelves, dresser, etc.
- Walk-in closet located just outside of the bedroom
- Furnished common rooms (couches, chairs, tables, etc.)
- Kitchen includes lots of space, dishwasher and a full-size refrigerator
- Hallway of shelves for additional storage / pantry space
