Looking for 2 roommates to fill a brand new 3 bed/2 bath apartment in Ridgewood. Lease begins on September 30th.

One room is 1225 as it has a closet, one is 1150 without a closet. The apartment is a 4-minute walk to the Seneca M and a 9-minute walk to the L at Myrtle-Wycoff. There is washer and dryer in unit, and it’s only a 20-minute walk to all the fun near Maria Hernandez park. There’s a bar a few blocks down that does trivia night – bonus points to anyone that might be good at that so I can win free drinks for the night.

About me

- 28, gay, and a social worker in foster care

- I have a 2-year-old tuxedo cat, that sort of keeps to himself (Kind of an ass in that way cats are)

- I host dinner parties with friends and often have a bi-monthly wine night with my girlfriends

- I like reading and will be bringing my little library to the apartment. Also a fan of running (I know, I hate me for that too)

What I’m looking for

- Someone in their mid/late 20s or 30s

- LGBTQIA+ friendly, and no pet allergies

- No 420 in the apartment

- Outside of that, just don’t be a terrible person and I think we’d get on splendidly
