Hannah P - $1,500/month

Hi! I'm Hannah–I have lived in New York for 10 years, and now I can't imagine my life without it. I own an artist book publishing and binding studio in Clinton Hill, where I'm at during the week, and some weekends.

I have a sleepy 4 year old 12lb dachshund/yorkie mix (named Ume) who comes to work with me each day. She's very sweet, and shockingly cat-like, sleeping close to 20 hours/day. At home, I like to recharge quietly, as my job involves a lot of interaction with people, but once my battery is good to go, I'm happy hang out if that's your thing. On weekends, I’m probably out (in the park, catching a movie, going dancing), but if I am around, I like to spend mornings at home before heading out to spend time with friends in the evenings.

I love books (surprise), thrifting, crafting, and baking, and am hoping to get in more weekends hiking upstate.

As I roommate, I like to keep common spaces tidy, but I don't mind an occasional dish left in the sink, and I'll probably wash it if I've got a sponge all soaped up for my own dishes. I think I'm pretty thoughtful, easygoing, and easy to live with–my current roommate and I have been living together for 5 years, and we even moved apartments together–through COVID.
