Hi! I'm looking for a roommate to fill a room in my apartment out in Ridgewood, Queens. I work as a data analyst at a tech company here in NYC, and have been living in the area since ~2015. In my free time I like to go to museums, stay active outside, play videogames, cook, and spend time with friends. Looking to split my apartment with someone who is polite, laid back, and easy-going! Check out my listing and let me know if you're interested.

Hi! I’m looking for a new roommate to sign on to a renewal for a new lease starting June 1st at my apartment in Ridgewood. This is the largest room in the house and can fit a full/queen size bed, desk, and a small couch. The room gets lots of light and has a decent sized closet. There is a third bedroom that is a bit smaller, which we could either turn into a living room, guest room, or rent out to a third roommate if you’re amenable to that. For now the expectation is that we would split the rent, and I’m flexible with how we use the third room.
Why this a great apartment:
Recently renovated
A/C in every room
Dishwasher
Rooftop Access with a beautiful view of Manhattan
Laundry in Basement
No issues with pests
New windows
Nice rooftop space with a view of the Manhattan skyline
< 5 minute walk from the L/M subways at Myrtle-Wycoff and the Ridgewood bus terminal
< 5 minute walk to multiple grocery stores, an urgent care, a gym, bars, and restaurants
Mostly furnished! The rooms would come unfurnished, but the living area is all set.
Responsive landlord
Safe, quiet neighborhood
You would be living with a 29 year old M who works in tech. I will likely be working from home at least partially for the foreseeable future. I am looking for someone who is clean, responsible, polite, a clear communicator, and easy going. I do have guests over occasionally, but I’m not looking to throw parties frequently, or have people over all the time. This apartment would be a great fit for a young professional, a graduate student, or a creative looking to have a separate studio space. Overall this is a great apartment at a great price, and I’m hoping to maintain a low-key, relaxed environment. Must have proof of income, a credit score of 650+, and no history of delinquent payments to meet the landlord’s financial requirements. LGBTQ/420 friendly. No pets, couples, or anti-vaxxers. Move-In date is flexible as well if you need to move in a few days early.
