Seeking a lady for a 13” 6’ x 11” bedroom with a jack-and-jill style shared bathroom with 1 person available in a 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, 3500+ sq ft home for $750/mo + utilities, landscaping & quarterly maid service. There are 2 spots in our driveway for parking that’s first come first serve and then free neighborhood parking right outside the home.

· Gas: Winter $50-60, warmer months $10
· Electricity: Winter $20-30, warmer months $80
· Water (billed quarterly): $70 - broken down into months, about $25/month
· Maid Service (quarterly): $60 - broken down into months, $20

The house is located in the Bailey's Crossroads area, on a quiet cul-de-sac. There is a beautiful and large kitchen with a 6 burner gas stove, double ovens, living room with a fireplace, study/office room, dining room, and a backyard with a firepit. The closest metro station is Pentagon City, a 10min drive. Minutes from 395. Walking distance to Skyline Target.

Although the house is perfect for hosting and we do have some gatherings, please note this is a non-party house and there are quiet hours on the weekdays.

The ladies in the house are mid 20s to early 30’s and are respectful of each other. There are monthly housemate meetings, an opportunity to discuss any issues or changes to occur in the house. We are looking for someone who is clean, friendly, assertive about your needs and wants, and committed to good communication.

A security deposit equal to rent + rent is due at the signing of the lease.
