Hello, I'm Trey and I have a 3 bedroom home in Rockville, MD, a 3/4 mi. walk to the Rockville Metro Station on the Red Line. I no longer live here. There are two wonderful men and two shy kitties living in the home right now, and the third bedroom is available.
The home has one bathroom upstairs with a tub & shower and a hall closet for your toiletries. There is also a half-bath downstairs. Everyone helps around the house to clean all the shared spaces.
There is free curbside parking and a fenced-in backyard with a patio & bbq grill.
Your total share of utilities is $150, so that the total payment each month is $900. Utilities include water, sewer, garbage pickup, lawn service, electric, gas, internet, and Netflix. I am responsible for all maintenance and repairs to the house, so you can enjoy peace of mind.

Walk to Rockville Metro... Share House with 2 Male Roommates
Your bedroom is fully furnished with a full-size bed, and a closet with drawers and shelving built in. There is also a desk. We have the room loosely divided by a curtain to create a cozy sleeping space and a home office. (You may also rearrange it as you like.)
One roommate has two delightful cats, so unfortunately more pets cannot be accepted.
Both roommates are in their late 20s/early 30s, single, respectful roommates, social, and intellectually curious. Though I no longer live here, I stop in a couple times a month and always love catching a chance for conversation!
