I am looking for a roommate to fill in the second unfurnished room (single occupancy) with an adjoining private bathroom for $1490/month + utilities (~$140/month for High speed internet, TV, Electricity, and Water). The unit is on the top floor facing west towards the pool (i.e., very bright without any street noise) and the living room is already furnished. There is also a parking spot available. The 12-month lease already started on January 1st 2022 and runs until December 31st, 2022. The apartment is available for viewing now (Floor Plan: Coronado with Loft).
