Just separated from the navy this past November, I’m very clean and clean up after myself. I’m 420 friendly. In January I'll be attending school at Mesa Community College. I would like to live at least be 10/15 minutes away from school because I'm not a fan of traffic lol but after my two years if I'm still doing this roommate thing I will be transferring over to SDSU so I'm not opposed to living near there either.
Im super laid back and chill and don't mind much the only things that I would like with my roommate(s) is respect of my personal space and good communication wether we end up being good friends or just roommates. I'm not not opposed to having guest over as long as they pick up after them selfs and are respectable because me personally I can sleep through anything, the only time I wouldn't really want guests over is just if I'm studying for finals or something like that. I would want to be able to have friends over every now and then but if it's something that going to get rowdy, I usually prefer it to be my friends place because I don't like my place to turn into a mess and would rather it be at there place.
I have a few plants, so a place that has good lighting, a balcony or a small backyard would be preferred. I'm a nature enthusiast and enjoy anything outdoors and so if that a common interest that we have I'd be more than down to something.
I won't have a problem with covering my rent because I will be receiving BAH to go to school. I'm a very chill, down to earth and laid back guy and I don't like drama so you won't have to worry about any of that with me. I don't have a dog currently but I do want one.
