Perfect Astoria location, 36th Street off 30th Avenue. Bedrooms are far apart, offering tons of privacy (perfect for roommates). Includes a shared living room, kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, and granite countertop /dining room, and bathroom. Your bedroom will be unfurnished. With extra large closet. Room dimension is 12' x 12'4''. Living room and bedrooms have a Fujitsu AC split unit already installed with a remote.
The apartment is within 5 minutes walk from the subway station (30th Avenue). Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops at 30th Ave. and Steinway St. Steps from 30th Ave. restaurant row, with great outdoor dining and cafés.
Heat and hot water is included in the rent. Electricity and internet is separate and will be split evenly between the 2 tenants. Internet provider is Verizon Fios.
The ideal roommate would be someone who is a non-smoker, clean, quiet, responsible, and respectful. I am a software programmer and I am also a very quiet, clean, and easy-going roommate. I currently work remotely, around 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Someone with a similar work schedule could be a good fit.
