I work 2 days a week. I've lived here for many years and it's a very nice apartment building in a great location. I play tennis, some golf, work out, read, watch TV and check the internet. While I would prefer a male roommate, I've had female roommates and that would be OK. Race and sexual orientation doesn't matter. The rent amount listed is for a bedroom with a private bath on the 2nd floor of apartment building.
The $1,350 includes rent, utilities, Spectrum TV, internet and WiFi, and carpool parking. A great price for this area.
No couples, pets, drugs, kids or inside smoking.
