I am a professional 55 year old male. My family will continue living in Denver, CO while I take a new job in Irvine CA. Looking to rent a room from an similarly aged Person 40-70 near Irvine. I don't smoke, don't do drugs, probably drink 4 glasses of wine per month and exercise a ton. I am a cyclist and bike 5 or 6 times per week, go to the gym 2 or 3 times per week. I am quite, clean and will be working or biking most of my time. I enjoy eating healthy meals (lots of veggies and fruits) and make most of my own food at home...rarely eat out. More than likely I will be in Irvine 2 or 3 weeks per month, but renting the full time. I will be back in Denver 1 week per month and in Asia for Work for 2 week trips, probably 4 times per year. So good chance that 16-20 weeks per year I will not be in Irivine area. I would keep my road bike in my room, to keep it out of the way.
