Hi, my name is Yvonne. I’m 28 and have lived in my apartment for the past 3–4 years with my dogs, Chanel and Louie. Sadly, Chanel passed away unexpectedly on 12/26, and Louie is adjusting to the loss of his bonded companion.
I work full-time (40 hours a week) and am looking for a roommate arrangement with reduced rent for someone who is home during most of my work hours and comfortable sharing space with a large dog. Louie doesn’t need active care — he simply does best with another calm presence in the home while I’m away.
This would be a supportive, mutually beneficial setup for the right person. I’m happy to answer questions and talk more to see if it’s a good fit

I am renting out my master bedroom, while I move into the spare! I have one bathroom it is pretty small. There's upstairs and downstairs. I have a couch, tv, dining room room table. Lots of dog toys around for my 7 year old mastiff mix Louie. I could have a small desk, and a queen bed frame if in need. I have three cats, their litter boxes are downstairs. Of course that is my full responsibility and gets taken care of daily. There's a small hallway strip backyard but I use it to take my dog potty so you wouldn't enjoy being out there. Although I clean all the poo, it reeks like urine. There is laundry on site but not in unit. There is a laundry mat directly across the street, as well as a dollar tree, 7/11, etc.
