Im a 42 year old man. I work in security and corrections. I work nights so you will have the house to yourself at night. I have kids that are with me every other weekend, but we will stay out your way. I do have a cat not sure if I can keep her from loving on you but I'll try.

I have a large room upstairs but one of kids rooms would be upstairs. I have a small room downstairs but it has a bathroom that would be yours just across the hall that has a shower. It's a 4 bedroom house so it's pretty big.

Im looking for 1500 dollars in rent each month but willing to negotiate a little if that is too high. Help out with utilities and clean up after yourself is all I ask. I dont mind a guest or two just give me a heads up. You provide your own food unless you want to chip in to my grocery runs. I dont have an issue with that.

I generally keep to myself but I'm approachable and easy to talk to. I'll be getting some pictures together soon. It's a nice quiet neighborhood. If you smoke please do so outside. I am 420 friendly just outside or in garage.

I dont care male or female as long as you can agree to what I mentioned above.
