Nick S - $1,300/month

Hi There,

My name is Nick Snyder. I’m 27 years old and I work full-time (M-F), and I like to live a pretty active lifestyle (workout 3-5 times/week). In my free time, I like to hang out with friends, work out, watch movies/sports, and play video games.

Some things you should know:
- I can be a bit of a night owl, however I’m respectful and do my best to keep noise at a minimum.
- I like to cook/grill out (Pros: I can make pretty bomb food and I clean up after myself / Cons: Given apartment kitchen ventilation, it can leave a residual smell in the apartment)
- I have a couch, TV, coffee maker, pots and pans and some additional small kitchen appliances, wireless router and modem, etc.
- Open to pets and I’ve contemplated getting a dog (not a dealbreaker)
- I’m a social drinker and would rather attend a party vs host one.
- I don’t smoke/vape, if you do, no big deal! All I ask is you keep it out of the common areas.

In an ideal world, my average monthly expenses (rent and utilities) is around $1300/month.
