The City of Belmont is halfway between San Francisco and San Jose. Belmont is a small quiet city that is very safe and has a woodsy environment that is surrounded by trees, deer’s, squirrels, and birds.
The apartment building consists of 8 units with friendly quiet neighbors. The apartment has 3-bedrooms with 1 bathroom. The balcony has a nice view of the mountains.
I am looking to rent the room to 1 person between the ages of mid 20s to late 30s. Sorry, the room is not available to couples or someone with a offspring. The bedroom is a good size with a big closet and comes with a office desk and dresser if needed.
The 3rd bedroom is rented to my roommate who is 27 years old that is an engineer. He is very quiet and respectful and spends majority if not all his time in his room. Our apartment overall is quiet. As for myself I usually come and go and am gone 8 days if not more out of the month throughout the weeks.
Common living spaces consist of balcony, dinning room, kitchen, and the living room (when I am not around) since I am not sometimes two or more days out of the week . I work weekdays and off on the weekends.
