My boyfriend and I are looking for another roommate to live in a townhouse in South San Jose. You would have your own room, and share a bathroom with our other roommate who is a 27 year old female. The townhouse will have a furnished living room, kitchen, and patio that you will be welcome to use. The townhouse is very cute, and located in a great area on Communication Hill. We also have a washer and dryer that you can use. Please let me know if you have any questions.
*We do have a relatively well mannered 7 month old lab. He is really sweet and doesn't bark much at all.
