I'm 41, single, white, straight, no kids, no pets and work full time--mostly exceeding 50+ hours a week. I primarily work a 2nd shift (4:00 p.m. to 2 p.m.) and sometimes 1st shift (6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.). Because I get off work at 2 in the morning, MY ONLY REAL REQUIREMENT IS HAVING A PLACE TO PARK. I plan to continue living in Glen Mills, however I would like to get a room in S. Philadelphia since I work at the Navy Yard. Since I'm not really a traveler and plan to keep my place, I can be kicked out with minimal notice, if need be. I won't be bringing much aside from my work clothing, maybe a game system or two, and a small TV if necessary. Nothing that can't be removed in one trunk load.

I know this is hard to believe, but I'm drama free. I eat, work, and sleep. I drink maybe, once a YEAR, and I don't do drugs. I do NOT smoke cigarettes, but I do vape. My little free time comes to volunteering with the USMC League in Brookhaven and spending time with my family. I do occasionally foster animals, but will NOT foster at YOUR residence. I love animals, but I don't have any of my own. Individual hobbies include reading, videogames, and learning Japanese. I''m a USMC veteran, honorably discharged back in 2009 and I currently work as an EHS specialist at Rhoads Industries at the Navy Yard. I have no criminal record and have been at my current rented residence for over 10 years. I will provide my landlords info if requested. I CANNOT GIVE YOU AN EMAIL ADDRESS, HE'S 90 YEARS OLD, and I help him write his emails, so it would be super weird, but he would LOVE to speak to you on the phone--that being said, I would need to put YOUR number into his phone so he knows to answer it and that it's NOT spam. He knows I'm looking for a room close to the city and is relieved that I won't be leaving him since I'm kinda his occasional care taker.

I recently lived in Tokyo, Japan for 3 months and many years ago, resided in Okinawa, Japan for 2 years. I adore Japanese culture and do hope to live over there again, one day.

What I'm looking for: I'm basically looking for a place to sleep, so I don't have to travel during bad weather and on days where I have to work the next day. I would appreciate occasional use the kitchen (mostly for the microwave or making the stove top to make eggs). I even shower at work. I don't require cable or internet. My only REAL requirement is a place to park my vehicle, a 2023 Nissan Pathfinder.

About YOU: You just be YOU. Honestly, as long as you're not a serial killer or a bad person, we'd get along fine. I don't discriminate on age/sex/orientation/race/status/religion/political affiliations, you name it. I am not bothered by the views of others, but I'd like to avoid not having them pushed on me (I don't mind anyone expressing their views and I even welcome thought provoking conversation, but I would appreciate that you try not to change my values should they not align with yours). I believe in Karma and I treat people how I like to be treated. I know I said I don't discriminate about religion, but if there's going to be animal or human sacrifices and trying to raise the dead, I might not be the best fit lol.
