I’m 30F and I’m a Teacher. I work from 8-4pm M-F. I’m usually asleep by 10. On the weekends I like to get out in nature, spend time with friends & check out new foodie events! I do not drink, however, I am flexible to having alcohol in the house (I would prefer it to be kept in your room). I do not smoke , and don’t mind if you do, however, would appreciate this to be kept outside. Also I have 2 tuxedo cats (9 months) they are litter box trained, and everything is in my room. So you won’t need to worry about the smell! They are very sweet, affectionate & warm up quickly. 😻😻

My roommate is moving out end of April and I’m looking for someone to move into her room!
About the apartment: we are in Trolley Square on Del Ave, about a 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurants. It is a 2 bed 1 bath apartment with a living room, dining room and kitchen area. Rent is ~$850 per person a month including utilities.
