Room available starting May!

Hi y'all! My roommate and I have a room open to sublet our 3bd flex 2ba corner apartment in LIC from May to 7/31 with potential to sign a new lease for the next year.

The available room has large windows directly facing the east river. The apt unit has LAUNDRY IN-UNIT, updated appliances and a balcony!

The rate you would pay for the flex room would be $2,175 per month.

The building faces the water front in LIC and is steps away from Gantry Plaza Park (the best city views in our opinion!). It has the friendliest staff, a lounge, outdoor terrace, a gym and in addition, residents have full access to the building next door owned by the same management with a gym, co-working space, a lounge and two additional outdoor terraces. The building is minutes away from the subway, providing super easy access to Manhattan and the area is great with many cute cafes and local restaurants.

Who are we:

My roommate and I are in our 20s working in tech (I work as a ux researcher and she works as a software engineer). We love to go dancing, checking out new restaurants and hosting game nights with our friends! We also make sure we keep common areas clean. We are good friends and would like to room with someone who would also be open to being friends. We are LGBTQ+ friendly and we both do not smoke cigarettes.
