My name is Katherine and I’ve lived in NYC for just over a year now. I have a job in media where I’m in office every day from 9-5.
I lived in the UES when I first came to NYC and loved it. I currently live in Kips Bay/Murray Hill, but would love to get back uptown! I’m flexible when it comes to location, but I prefer a sage environment (even better if I’m able to walk to work!)
I’m from KY and graduated from Miami University in 2021. I love trying new restaurants, shopping, and seeing shows. Having a tidy space is very important to me, and while my room can get cluttered at times, I’m always trying to keep common spaces clean.

FLEXIBLE LEASE TAKEOVER - NO BROKER FEE
My roommate and I are looking for a lease takeover for our flex 2 bed 1 bath apartment in Murray Hill (34th and 1st). We’ve absolutely loved living here, but we’re looking at a different location so that we can be closer to our jobs.
The building has great amenities (our favorite are the rooftop grills), elevators, laundry, and a gym.
The rent is $4242 and the lease goes is through May 2025.
There is a lease reassignment fee, security deposit, and an application fee, but there is no broker fee and the flex wall is already installed.
Mid February or March 1 move in
