Room Available in Astoria

Hi All,

I have a room available in my apartment in Astoria (about seven minutes walking from 46 st R). Move in date would be July 15th and would like to sign a year-lease. I love this apartment and with the right person would consider re-signing after that. This is where I wanna be for the next 3-5 years. Rent is $1450 or $1350 for the smaller room. I'm still waiting for my current roommate and friend to move out so apologize for the mess in the last picture. Must have job and good credit.
