Luxury apartment in Herald Square
Highlight: May rent is free! We qualified for one month of free rent, no brokers fee and no deposit. There will be a one time fee to put up the flex wall split among all three roommates (roughly $1,000 each). Lease starts April 21, but a may 1 move in can also work.
This luxury apartment complex is in the heart of everything! Some of the apartment perks include: large gym, two rooftops with a gorgeous view of the Empire State Building, multiple work spaces, lounges and game rooms, free yoga 2x a week, free monthly events like pasta making, laundry in building, next to all the main subway stations, blocks from Bryant Park, K-town, flat iron and a pleasant walk to Central Park. You can see the Macy’s day parade from the rooftop too!
About the apartment: we’ll be turning this spacious 1-bedroom into a flex 3 bedroom to make it super affordable. Large bathroom, ac in unit and nice kitchen island. The room comes with a great view of the city, closet and a cute fireplace.
