Hi, I am a single, divorced mom to a seven year old boy, looking for a room or an apartment.
He would only spend a couple of weekends a month with me and some school vacation.
I am an architect, language teacher who is currently working as a real estate agent. I am very concentrated on my career so I will not host any gatherings. I don’t drink or smoke and I am quiet. I can speak Mandarin, Spanish and French. I am both from Spain and Mexico.
I work in Manhattan and I am relatively new to New York. I have a car and would love to find somewhere close to park it. If not I can continue to use my parking spot in Queens.
