Large Light-Filled Private Room in Luxury Doorman Building

My wonderful roommate is moving back to France. Looking for a roommate with an March 1st move-in date. Large, light filled room comes furnished or unfurnished.

Seeking a working professional, chill, clean but not a neat-freak. Respectful of each other's space but can still say good morning and watch an occasional trash tv show after work. Passed the daily partying stage of life. Preferably light and/or occasional cooking.

I'm a late 20's female professional working at a bank downtown. Prefer chill bars to the crazy party scene but will go out for special occasions. Some things I like are HIIT classes, outdoor happy hours, live shows of all kinds, museum nerd, brunch, John Oliver etc. =D Prefer to keep my home calm and low-key. I'm clean but not obsessive and like to hire a professional service every 1-2 months. I eat out/order in mostly with light cooking now and then (read: eggs and Ramen ;-P) Looking for the same. Really dorky and will definitely try new things with you especially if it is quintessentially "New York" <3

Have RCN wireless and Internet TV in the living room. You are welcome to get cable in your room as there is hook up in there. Occasional overnight guests are welcome but not looking for a third roommate and please let's not turn our home into a hostel.
