2B 2B in five points/rino - looking for a fun female roommate!

I am looking for someone to move into my 2bed 2bath apartment in the five points/rino area in mid August. My roommate is moving in with her s/o and will be moved out by 8/15. The apartment complex has its own pool and hot tub as well as community area and a bar in the lobby!
I am 28 years old and looking for a female who is around my age and open to new things, adventures and having a good time! I am a working professional in healthcare and only work from home 1/3 of time.
Rent is around 1,100 with utilities and internet. The bedroom is a great size with a connected closet and bathroom that is also shareable for when guests come over. Renewal lease can be anywhere from 6-15 months and I am open to discussing what is the best leasing option. Parking is extra, but there is a residential area behind the complex that has street parking (where I leave my car).
Everything in the photos are mine, so no furniture is needed! I have all necessary appliances, a tv, dishes, silverwear, towels, and pots and pans.
**I do have a cat, so pets are not allowed. She is extremely friendly and loving, just does not do well with other animals! -- She has never scratched or bit anyone**
