Lottice T - $1,200/month

I'm moving to Denver for a job that starts at the end of July. I'm clean & tidy (and prefer the same in a roommate), but I'm social on weekends and love going out for outdoor activities/social events as well as occasionally having friends over. I will be working from home for 4 days out of the week, as an FYI. I'm not much of a morning person (coffee is my crutch), and I do tend to stay up late, but I keep the noise levels low at night. Looking to find a roommate who's on the same page, and is okay with open-communication in the living space (none of that passive-aggressive stuff!).
