Hey, I have the option to renew my lease or try to find a new place. Either way I’d need a roommate so I’d prefer to stay here. I live in the heart of Downtown Denver! I’m pretty laid back, into fairly nerdy things m without really acting it (I think) and I enjoy making people laugh. I don’t really drink or smoke, but I am essentially nocturnal like those big-eyes lemur things, Aye-Aye? Anyway, I’ve lived with males and females before just fine, so no preference as long as you are cool.

Hello, I need to renew my lease within a month, but the room won’t be available until end of April. I currently live with my co-worker/friend and her dog. She’s moving out to join the Navy, but I’d like to stay. It’s a 2 bed one bath in the heart of downtown Denver, 2 city blocks away from the 16th street mall. Utilities are covered with rent except electric. Pet friendly! Please let me know if you are interested or would like more details. I may take a bit to respond depending on volume of responses. Also, I’m currently in the smaller room, I might move into Master bedroom to get more space, but I might also not if you need the extra room. Couldn’t upload any pictures, but I can share a video tour of the apartment before I added furnishings upon request.
