Walter V - $900/month

I am a clean, organized, and easy-going single male relocating to Denver from NJ for a new job. I am able to move into an available space or search together for a space starting late February or early March. Ideally I would like to find a place close to LoDo but depending on price and quality of apartment I can move as far as University Hills. I'm not very familiar with the area and neighborhoods so I'm open to suggestions!

The ideal space is new / remodeled and with enough space to properly house 2-3 adults. I am open to share living spaces with 1-2 people, female or male. My working schedule is pretty standard. I would probably be out of the house by 7AM and be out of work by 5pm. I would prefer roommates that are professionals or grad students with a regular schedule.

I am social drinker; might have a drink at night every once in a while to decompress. 420 friendly as long as it is outside the house. I also enjoy to cook and play video games.
