The Roommate:
Male roommate, super clean and friendly guy. Takes out the garbage and cleans his own dishes routinely.
He's often not home but when he is, doesn't make noise, keeps to himself. He's very friendly and makes conversation etc. He's into fashion and art

Rent: $1,400/month
Utilities: Approx. $100/month all in
Location: Prime K-Town location, close to great food, transit, and nightlife.

Qualifications: Proof of income showing 3x rent price, 6 months of rental payment history w/ no late payments, and credit score of 600 or better.
