Available for rent is a modern hardwood floor bedroom with private bathroom in a secure apartment complex. Room has spacious closet space and is centrally located in East Hollywood, adjacent to Los Feliz, Virgil Village, Hollywood, Little Armenia and Silverlake. Echo Park and the Silverlake reservoir are close.
Apartment includes on-sight laundry facilities and enclosed parking space as well as street parking. Central air conditioning and heater. Shared kitchen and living room. It’s an upstairs apartment, no elevator.
Looking for a considerate, responsible roommate to share my 2-bedroom apartment with. Proof of employment needed. Must provide ID/DL, social security card & 3 paystubs. Come check out the space as it is move in-ready, clean and I would like to rent it by the fourth of February. Utilities would be split.
