Looking for Housemates to Move in July 1st! (Flexible Move-in date)
Looking for a housemate to move in between June 20 - July 1 into our awesome house! Move-in date is flexible but ideally looking at July 1st as a move in date. First month rent + security deposit of $1,250 is required when you move in. You will also have to pass a background check/credit report check.
We are 1 male and 2 female in our late 20’s. We're looking for a male housemates, totaling 4 housemates living here. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed (we've asked our landlord). :(
About the house:
-Hardwood floors downstairs and carpeted bedrooms upstairs
-Vaulted ceilings downstairs and high ceilings upstairs
-The house has an AC unit with thermostat for upstairs and downstairs
-Guest half bath downstairs and 2 baths/4 bedrooms upstairs. One bathroom upstairs is shared by 3 people
-Washer/dryer in home
-Plenty of parking in neighborhood
-Modern kitchen with granite countertops and Whirlpool/Kitchenaid appliances
-Furnished downstairs with 55in LED TV in living room. Dry bar for fixing drinks
-Backyard includes fruit trees, shed for storage and a firepit
-Garage has a half rack equipment + weights for lifting/working out
-House is furnished, but the bedrooms are not furnished so you'll need to have your own furniture for the room.
-Utilities are ~$150 / person / month
BEDROOM Rent: $1,004/month
The bedroom available is approximately 10'3" by 9'4" and has a 2'x4' closet for storage. The bathroom is shared amongst 3 people.
The house is in a great location in Sunnyvale and is nearby a lot of offices/shops. Some nearby stuff is:
-5 min drive to Sunnyvale Caltrain Station
-5 minute drive to Safeway, 5 minute drive to Target
-10 minute walk to Washington park
-5 miles from Apple, 11 miles to Facebook, 6 miles to Google, 6 miles to Intel
About us:
Ellery (28/male): Engineer. Likes the outdoors and goes hiking and backpacking. Plays guitar and always looking for new music to listen to. Works out most days either at home or at the gym
Mai (28/female): Tech sales. Sleeps a lot. Like, A LOT. Also, enjoys quirky musings. Hiking, too.
Jay (25/female): Mechanical Engineer. Hiking and rowing.
Overall, we're a laidback group and we get along well, so we're looking for 2 people who we'd enjoy hanging out with.
