Hello everyone. My name is Angelina. I am 35 and from San Jose California. My fiance is Tyler he is 33. He is also from here. We are not your typical argumentative psychotic couple. We are respectful of one another and of others. We recently started looking for a place. We have two friends who wanted to join. Last minute they backed out as they are on a lease and decided to wait. We had already looked at several 3 bedrooms together. We have successfully found 2 homes. 3 bed 2 bath for under 2600 pm. We are looking to move by February 10th. I am very forward. I will say this. Tyler and I are really good people. We aren't the kind of people who would make you feel uncomfortable or like you had to walk on eggshells. As long as we rent together we are a family and it is ALL of our homes. Cleanliness is important also. We have had our own share of thieves, alcoholics who were violent, those who paid rent late every month, parties at 4 am, people who ruined our property, etc. We cannot and will not live with anyone who is negative and toxic. We try to be as positive as possible and we are looking for someone who is the same. We don't care if you have friends over, or family. Family is ALWAYS welcome. We don't expect you to ask us and plan weeks ahead because your brother or sister would like to stay the night. Go ahead! Just communicate. Again. We are chill. We just know there are rules of respect that go without saying. Clean up after yourself, be respectful , be kind. Etc. I'm sure you all know what I mean lol. I seriously cannot live with another psycho. We have big plans so we need to find a roomate. We HOPE sooo much to find a COOL CHILL person who melds well with us. I am involved in nonprofits, I bake I sing. Tyler is a musician and a manager at Starbucks. What do you do? What are you looking for?
