Just moved from Northern California to Denver for work. I love anything outdoors , watching reality tv, and playing board/card games! Some things I’m looking forward to being downtown are exploring Denver, grabbing brunch, going to trivia nights, and trying new breweries! I would love to be friends with my roommate and would love to spend some nights going out in Denver as well as nights in cooking and watching Netflix!
I am looking for a roommate for a 2 bed 2 bath in LoDo close to Union Station. The complex I am looking at is called City House Apartments. The rent would be around $1240 each. I'm looking to move in May, but can be flexible with this timeline for the right set-up!

About the Apartment: A private room with walk in closet and private bath. The room is in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment shared with one other girl.
Amenities include: gym, pool, hot tub, in unit laundry, dishwasher, balcony, roof top lounge, and dog park
Price is about $1255 a month (around $1460 with utilities and garage parking)
About Roomate: Female in mid 20’s working in HR field for tech company. Enjoys exploring Denver on the weekends, trying new breweries, and going to happy hours/trivia nights.
